(1) The Constitution prevents the imposition of religious taxes.
(2) What is meant by Right to Constitutional Remedies ?
(1) The right to get judicial remedies is a fundamental right of the citizens. (2) The Right to Constitutional Remedies means that the constitution itself has provided legal remedies in case people’s rights are violated. (3) It has made a constitutional duty of the courts to protect the rights of the people. (4) The courts admit and consider the complaint of infringement of the fundamental rights. (5) They investigate and give appropriate order to uphold the fundamental rights of the citizens.

The constitution has given to us the cultural and educational rights. According to this right, people are not only free to preserve their own language, script and literature, but also make efforts towards their promotion.
